All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We ship internationally from our fulfilment partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- Germany: 7-14 business days
- Netherlands: 7-14 business days
- Rest of Europe: 10-18 business days
- Rest of World: 14-21 business days
